Update to Policies

Arrival Times:
Check in time is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Early Check-in at 2pm is available for an additional fee. Guests needing to arrive past 6pm are required to call to make arrangements for a late arrival. We are not able to accommodate arrivals past 9pm, acceptations apply. Check out time 11:00 am, a late checkout of 1pm is available for an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations are granted up to 7 days prior to arrival. We suggest protecting your reservation with adding Travel Protection offered by our online booking agency, ResNexus. For a small fee, your reservation is protected by a warranty and allows cancellations within 14 days of arrival if certain criteria are met. Travel Protection can be purchased from our website during the booking process. The Travel Protection Plan allows you to cancel your reservation up until the day of arrival with a full refund minus the plan fee. This is a great program and is utilized by many guests. Without the Travel Protection Plan, reservations cancelled within the 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation and no refund offered.
If you make your reservation on an external site, Expedia, bookings.com etc. you have to call them to cancel as per their policy.

Children and Pet Policy:
We provide an adult only vacation/respite for 21 and older and are not able to accommodate small children. Teenagers accompanied by a parent on a college visit are welcome.
We are not able to accommodate pets due to allergies. If you are traveling with a pet, please contact a local boarding facility to make arrangements for your pet.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served each morning of your stay with seating times of 8 and 8:30am. Special accommodations are made for allergies and special diets such as gluten free.

Breakfast is served as chef choice where one meal is prepared for each guest and served to their table.

Guests are given a choice of a light breakfast, a full breakfast or may choose to skip breakfast. However, guests skipping breakfast need to let us know the night before to prevent food waste.

COMING FALL 2025-Farm Fresh Eggs by Castle Creek Manor chickens. Yes, we will be serving our own eggs starting in August or September 2025. We are so egg-cited to offer this amazing amenity to our guest as we continue to elevate your stay.

Smoking:

Absolutely No Smoking or use of marijuana anywhere on the property, a $250 fee will be assessed for violation of this policy.

We do not allow any burning candles or incense in rooms due to fire hazards and for insurance purposes. (no open flames)
